About us

The Morland Park Residents Association is a small but active group to ensure the interests of its members that covers the area of Leicester Road, Morland Avenue, Vincent Road, Morland Road and Stretton Road. Working closely with local councillors, police and other agencies it provides a voice and presence for residents to protect their environment and quality of life.

Over the year the Association has formed alliances with other neighbouring Resident Groups to further protect the character of Addiscombe and surrounding areas. Parking, over-development, anti-social behaviour, health and community welfare are some of the issues that the Association is committed too. The Association also has close links with the Sir Philip Game Centre and actively promotes it and participate in fund-raising events.

The Morland Park Residents Association is a non-profit group and relies totally on donations and the good will of the community. Please support the Association as it is there to represent you.
